I design and build products end to end: telehealth apps, marketplaces, SaaS platforms, community and event apps, offline-first mobile apps and AI assistants. Backend, web and mobile, shipped and kept running in production.

Companies I've built for

Problems I've solved

Real problems, across very different fields

From health and education to retail, logistics, sales and events. Each one shipped and in use.

Health
Problem

Patients in Algeria, Tunisia and Europe could not see the same doctors or pay the same way.

What I built

Medora: video consultations with local card payments (SATIM, CIB, Edahabia) and euro payouts through Stripe, with patient data kept in each patient's country.

Education
Problem

A library of classical Arabic books that only worked online and was hard to search.

What I built

iShamela: every book readable offline on phones, Macs and the web, with search across the whole downloaded library in seconds.

Marketing
Problem

Ad dashboards said campaigns were profitable, but returns and failed deliveries told another story.

What I built

Ads intelligence that ties every dinar of Meta and TikTok spend to orders actually delivered, with an AI analyst that answers questions with evidence.

AI automation
Problem

Staff spent hours on repetitive back-office work: updating stock, creating invoices, pulling reports.

What I built

An AI assistant that runs 57 real actions with a human approval step on risky ones, and lets outside AI agents do the same through MCP.

Leadership
Problem

Company strategy lived in slide decks and never reached the weekly to-do list.

What I built

WebCEO: vision, objectives, OKRs and personal tasks linked in one place, with calendar sync and an AI coach that keeps leaders on track.

Retail
Problem

Stock counts never matched between the warehouse, the stores and the web shop.

What I built

Cosmoschise: every stock movement recorded once in a ledger, so any store can be checked and corrected, and stores can sell, ship and refund for each other.

Delivery
Problem

Cash-on-delivery orders went out with three different carriers and nobody knew where the cash was.

What I built

One order desk that ships through Yalidine, NOEST or an in-house fleet, tracks every parcel and records the cash each driver brings back.

Import
Problem

Importers could not tell what a container from Algeria would really cost once it reached the UK.

What I built

A landed-cost engine that simulates the whole shipment line by line: exchange rates, freight, duties and margin per product.

Wholesale
Problem

Professional buyers ordered by phone and negotiated prices one call at a time.

What I built

FastAgro: an online catalogue with quantity price tiers and cash-on-delivery ordering to all 58 wilayas, on the web and on mobile.

Sales
Problem

Leads from training sign-ups sat in spreadsheets and nobody called them back.

What I built

WebCRM: every sign-up becomes a lead, is matched against the ideal customer profile and is handed to the next free sales agent automatically.

Community
Problem

A business community lived in scattered WhatsApp groups with no moderation and no history.

What I built

WebCommunity: spaces for posts, chat, events and resources, with moderation tools and encrypted direct messages.

Telehealth
Problem

Patients struggled to tell a remote doctor exactly where it hurts.

What I built

A 3D body model in the Medora app where patients tap the spot, on male and female anatomy, light enough to load on a phone.

Events
Problem

Events were run from spreadsheets and group chats, with overbooked rooms and lost sponsors.

What I built

WebEvents: registration that never overbooks, automatic waitlists, venue search on a map and sponsor contracts signed online.

    Contract

We sign a contract that fixes the scope, milestones, payment schedule and ownership of the code.

    Clear scope and milestones
  4. 04

    Weekly review sessions

Every week you see working software, give feedback and we adjust priorities before the next week starts.

    Every week
  5. 05

    Delivery

I deploy to production, migrate your data, hand over documentation and train your team to use the system.

    Production launch
  6. 06

    Maintenance

After launch I monitor, fix, update and keep improving the system so it keeps running as your business grows.
